House Deputy Secretary General Sofonias P. Gabonada Jr., representing Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, delivers a message during the 19th Commencement Exercises of the Lorenz International Skills Training Academy Inc. (LISTA) at the Arturo S. Lugod Memorial Gym in Gingoog City on Thursday.

A total of 856 TESDA Training for Work Scholarship (TWS) students in Gingoog City were awarded TESDA scholarships valued between Php15,000 to Php18,000, along with a five-kilo rice package. Additionally, each student received Php3,000 in cash assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), in partnership with Tingog Partylist Rep. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez and Speaker Romualdez.
